Buffalo Wedges

Ingredients
3 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes3 tablespoons Cholula Hot Sauce2 tablespoons Land o' Lakes low fat butter2 teaspoons sweet paprika1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoningBlue cheese dressing (calories are NOT added in!)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Slice potatoes into 4 or 6 wedges each, depending on size of potato. Mix hot sauce, butter and paprika in large bowl. Add potato wedges. Toss to coat well. Place wedges in single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes. Flip and bake 20 more minutes or until light golden brown and crisp. Serve with blue cheese dressing for dipping, but remember to add the calories for the dressing!
