Chicken Roll-Ups

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
2.combine broccoli and carrots in 1 qt microwavable dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender; set aside.
3.Combine soup, milk, sherry in small saucepan over medium heat; cook and stir 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese, chicken, broccoli and carrots; season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat.
4.Spoon 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in 13×9 inch baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake covered 20 minutes or until heated through.
