Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 7 large wholeOnions, raw, 1.5 large Garlic, 4 tsp Olive Oil, 5 tbsp Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) Granulated Sugar, 3tlbs (if desired)Italian SeasoningSalt and Pepper
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in 2 tlbs olive oil until onions turn translucent.
Peal (boil for 30 seconds, then cool in ice water) tomatoes & Cut into pieces.
Add tomatoes, italian seasoning, salt and pepper to onions and garlic and let simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
Add tomato paste, remaining olive oil, and sugar if needed or desired.
Let it cook down and you have sauce.
