Turkey and Vegetable soup

Ingredients
600g of Diced turkey Thigh from Asda2 medium carrots and 1 small carrot1 green pepper (you can you a red, yellow or orange one)3 Large celery sticks2 knorr cubessalt to tasteand a little pepper if you want it a bit spicy like mine.
Directions
Chop the onions and green pepper; dice the celery and carrots.
Wash and season the turkey with the knorr cubes, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Include the onions and place on the hub to steam.
Add 500ml of water and allow to cook for 20minutes or until the turkey is cooked.
Add about 250ml of water and include the vegetables.
Allow to steam for a future 10 minutes. Then serve.
