Easy ground beef stroganoff

Ingredients
1 Ib ground beef1 can beef broth1 can cream of mushroom soup4 oz sour cream8 oz cooked penne pastasalt to tastepepper to tastegarlic powder to taste
Directions
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. While cooking the beef, heat a large pot of water for the pasta. Drain grease from beef and add can of beef broth and the can of cream of mushroom. Stir well and turn the heat to low. Simmer. Once the pot of water boils, add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and add to beef mixture. Stir in the sour cream and heat through. Serve
