Rowena's Granola

Ingredients
2 cups almonds chopped2 cups walnuts chopped2 cups pecans chopped2 cups oatsagave syrup, 3 tbsp1/2 cup cranberries or other dried fruit*Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
mix nuts & oatmeal with canola oil and agave syrup. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Stir while baking every 15 minutes to make sure mixture doesn't burn. When brown remove from oven and allow to cool. Add cranberries or other dried fruit and put in well sealed container or baggie and store in refrigerator. Makes approx. 20 1/3 cup servings
