Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo with Penne

Ingredients
BroccoliChicken TendersMozzarella cheese2 Jars Alfredo Sauce (15 oz ea.)2 Med. TomatoesBarilla Penne Pasta
Directions
Chop the chicken into approx 1" strips, and brown. In the meantime, steam your broccoli. In a fresh pan, once your chicken is brown, add the alfredo sauce and the now-steamed broccoli. SImmer on low for approx. 30 mins. With fifteen minutes remaining, put your pasta on to boil. At ten minutes, add your chopped tomatoes. I de-seed them before dicing them. Once the pasta is done, Drain, and serve. I usually will dish up the pasta, add a sprinkle of cheese, and pour the sauce over the top. My picky kids loved it!
