Tofu Loaf Muffin

Ingredients
1 lb extra firm tofu, pressed and cut into cubes1 medium sized onion, cut into chunks2 garlic cloves1/2 cup ketchup (plus more for glaze on top)1/3 cup nutritional yeast1 teaspoon poultry mixed spice1 (40 g) envelopes Lipton Onion Soup Mix1/2 cup breadcrumbssalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Blend everything in a food processor.
Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray.
Divide among 12 cavities. Bake for 45 minutes.
Let cool before removing from tins.
