Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Cabbage, fresh, .75 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
In a large saute pan caramelize onions in olive oil. Add cabbage and cook until slightly tender, add zucchini and spices and cook until soft.
