Ingredients
1lb boneless skinless chicken thighs1 tsp. salt1 tsp. fresh ground pepper1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. thyme1 tsp. favorite seasoning mixture
Directions
Rinse the chicken in warm water and dry thoroughly. Season each thigh, both front and back, with the various seasonings.
Heat large pan on high. Once pan is hot add chicken and reduce to med-high. Cook each thigh until brown, about 7.5 min.each side. Remove from pan and serve with your favorite sides.
