Mango Avocado and Cucumber Salad

2 avocados2 mangos1 medium sized cucumber with peel1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup raspberry vinaigrettesalt and pepper to taste
Peel avocado, mango and chop fruit into medium sized chunks (about the size of an almond). Wash cucumber and chop into similar sized pieces. Combine all three together in a salad bowl and toss with lemon juice and vinaigrette (lemon juice will keep the avocado from changing color too quickly). Add salt and pepper to taste.
