Gluten-Free Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients
1 (15.5 oz.) can Black Beans, drained and rinsed1/3 cup Brown Rice Flour2 medium Bananas, chopped1/2 cup Unsweetened All Natural Applesauce2/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder1/3 cup Sucanat1/3 cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut3 tsp EnerG Egg Replacer1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp SaltNuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 �F. Spray 8 X 8 baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy consistency. Pour into baking pan and place in preheated oven. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until inserted toothpick in center of brownies comes out clean.

Allow pan to cool on rack before slicing. Makes approximately 16 small brownies.
