Conchiglie pasta stuffed with basil tofu

Ingredients
* Conchiglie Pasta, 50 grams * Basil Tofu, 50 grams * Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 0.5 small * Onions, raw, 0.5 small * Zucchini, 20 grams * Tomato Sauce, 20 grams * Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
1) Peel the onion and the zucchini.
2) Mix the basil-tofu with all the vegetables.
3) Cook it with the tomato sauce 10 minutes and add at the last moment a dash of turmeric.
4) Boil water in a pan and cook the pasta (read the instructions on your packet) till they are al dente.
5) Stuff the shells with the vegetables and tofu, and place in the oven 5 minutes.
6) Serve with a salad.

    Sounds like something I will try. May change something with the tofu. Need to experiment with this. It's a change that I would like to add to my usual fare. - 9/3/10
