Beef with Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 lb roast beef, cut into bite sized pieces (1.13 used in recipe)1 cup chopped onion1 can mushroom pieces3 cloves garlic, chopped3/4 cup brown rice2 cubes beef broth with 2 cups water1 cup frozen peas1/2 tsp pepper2 tbs dried parsley1 cup water
Directions
Saute beef in pan until browned and mostly cooked. Add garlic and beef broth, simmer about an hour. Add remaining ingredients, and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 30 minutes.
