Luna's Easy Sushi Rice

Ingredients
Dynasty Jasmine Rice, 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 1 tbspMitsukan Rice Vinegar, 1/2 cupWater, tap, 1 cup
Directions
You will need a glass cooking pot with lid. (Do not cook in metal pot or metal rice cooker.)

In glass pot combine water, rice vinegar, and sugar. Stir until sugar is disolved.

Bring to soft boil. Pour in rice. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until water is absorbed.

Makes 4 servings.

*This is NOT the traditional way to make sushi rice. This is just my easy way to make rice with a sushi style flavor with little effort and time.
