Home-made pizza Dough (6 inch radius)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk (9 oz)--------------------------------------------------------White or Red Onion (1/2 cup sliced thinly)Green Bell Peppers (1 cup chopped)Red Tomato (1/2 tomato, no seeds)Scallions (1/2 a medium bunch)Black Pepper (3/4 tablespoon)Baby Zuchini (1/4 a medium)Tomato Sauce (1-1/2 Cup)
1.) Cut all the vegetable and mix it with the black pepper
2.) Put sauce on pizza dough
3.) Put veggies on the pizza
4.) Put in the oven on bake at 350 deg. for 20-30 minutes
--- Make sure that the bottom turns brownish-orange
--- Then you have 2 options, depending on how you like it
~~~~ Put pizza on higher bar and leave for bread to become crunchier
~~~~ Or turn on the top on High until it top turns slightly brown
5.) Cut pizza and serve for 3-4 people
