Apple carrot muffins

Ingredients
2 cups apples cored and grated2 cups carrots, grated1 Cup Granulated Sugar4 Egg whites2 Cups White Flour2 tsp ground Cinnamon1 tsp Ground Nutmeg2 tsp Baking Soda1/4 cup Water4 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2.In a large bowl, blend the sugar with the eggs. Add the oil, and water. Mix well. Mix in flour, spices, salt, and baking soda. Stir in apples and carrots . Pour batter into prepared muffin pan.

3.Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cooled.
