Mushroom, Egg and Cheese Scramble

Ingredients
7 large eggs3 egg whites1/2 cup Silk almond milk1/2 cup GV Fiesta blend Shredded Cheese1 can Green Giant MushroomsSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Scramble eggs, egg whites, almond milk, salt and pepper together and cook in a large skillet. When egg mixture is partially cooked add mushrooms and cheese. Enjoy!!
