Chicken Verde Enchildas w Green Chile Stew

Ingredients
12-18 tortillas2-3 c chopped chicken1 jar Cookwell & Company Green Chile Stew Mix2 cups shredded Mexican cheese3/4 c sour cream
Directions
makes 8 servings

Mix chicken, sour cream, and 1 c Green Chile Stew in a bowl. Spray 9x13 pan w non-stick spray.
Place a tbs of mixture in a tortilla, roll up and place in pan. Re[peat until pan is full. Pour the rest of the Green Chile Stew evenly over the enchiladas and top w cheese. Bake for 40 mins at 350.
