Ham Chowder

Ingredients
Shoney's Ham, Diced - 1 Tablespoon (9.1 grams), 8 serving (remove)Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 7 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") (remove)Milk, nonfat, 4 cup (remove)Cheddar Cheese, 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)*Margarine, soft, .33 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .25 cup (remove)
Directions
Makes about 10 - 1 cup servings.
Saute onion in margarine. Add milk and flour, cook until slightly thickened. Add potatoes (cut into chunk sizes), ham, cream corn and cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. As it sits, it will thicken more, and can be thinned by adding more milk.
