Vegan Chili

Ingredients
3 Boca Original Burger, Vegan2 cups red kidney beans2 cups corn2 cups onion chopped2 cups green pepper choppped2 cups crushed canned tomatoes1 cup brown rice1/4 cup garlic1/4 cup brown sugar2 tbsp salt2 tbsp worchestershire sauce1 tbsp cumin1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp smoked paprika1 tbsp black pepper
Directions
1st get your boca burgers warmed up in the microwave. After warmed up either chop fine or toss in a food processor and pulse till chopped up.

In a soup pot add 2 tbsp olive oil and saute onion, peppers, and garlic till onions are about half cooked. Then add the rest of your ingredients as well as 4 cups of water. Cook and let reduce till nice n' thick and rice is cooked!

Feel free to add hot sauce at the end for added heat, or more chili powder. Just do it gradually so you don't burn your mouth out :)
a serving is about 1 cup, or a heaping ladle.
