Ham and Apple Stacks

1 Jenni-O Lean Turkey Ham, sliced1 apple (Braeburn, Gala are good), sliced2 Tbsp smart balance buttery spread, divided1 tsp Splenda brown sugar blend, optional1/2 cup unsweetened apple juice, or crystal light sugar-free apple or cranberry juicepinch of cloves
Add 1 Tbsp butter spread to your skillet and heat on medium high. Add the ham slices and brown on each side until warm. Place them on a plate when done. Add remaining buttery spread and brown the apple slices, with splenda brown sugar blend if desired.
Stack ham slices and apple slices one after another. Keep warm. Add juice to skillet and heat until boiling. Lower heat and simmer until reduced. Add mustards and mix in until well-blended. Add cloves. Serve sauce on the side.
