Fried Cauliflower and Asparagus

Ingredients
1 head Cauliflower10 spears Asparagus4 Eggs0.5 cup Flour, whole grain1 tbsp olive oilDash Salt1 tsp Pepper, black1 tsp Turmeric, ground
Directions
Cut the cauliflower into florettes, discarding the stems. Cut the asparagus into 1''-2'' sections. Steam these together until tender.
In a mixing bowl combine the eggs, flour and spices to make a creamy mixture (you can add another egg or a little more flour to reach the desired consistency).
Coat the veggies in this mixture, and heat up frying pan with the olive oil.
Fry veggies until the coating is no longer liquid.
