Creamy Chicken Curry

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into 1/4 in strips1 cup broccoli1 cup cauliflower1 can cream of chicken soup1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup cheddar cheese1 tsp lemon juice1 tsp curry powder1/4 tsp cayenne powder1/2 cup French's fried onions4 cups cooked rice
Directions
Place chicken in a greased 8x8 baking dish. Top with vegetables. Mix next 6 ingredients together, spoon over chicken and vegetables. Top with onions. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with rice.
