Mango Salsa

Ingredients
2 medium mangoes finely dice1 medium sweet red pepper finely diced1/2 medium red onion finely chopped1/2 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced ( use gloves)1tbsp cilantro, chopped1 1/2 tbsp fresh lime juicesalt to tastepepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; toss to mix and coat. Yields about 2/3 cup per serving.

Omit jalapeno if you do not want the salsa to be spicy.
