great recipe, added cucumber and Mrs.Dash garlic and herb salt free for taste instead of cilantro, substitued red wine vinegar for lime juice, great cold salad for the hot summer! - 6/7/11

Very good. I added cumin and chili powder to spice it up a bit. I served it alongside Boca burgers, Will make again. - 7/7/09

This was good, but a bit bland, so I added cumin and chili powder and it was perfect. I also used less cilantro. - 6/8/08

We loved it. Made exactly as instructed but I'm already thinking about fun variations for this recipe. My only complaint is the prep time is misleading -- took at least 20 minutes to chop all that stuff up. I am forwarding the recipe to my relatives to share! - 7/18/10

Fantastic dish. I have made this twice now. I doubled the avocado the second time around. It still came out well. I use fresh corn that I cook in the microwave, let cool, then cut off the cob. I also used Trader Joe's Black Beans because they're not packed in corn syrup like many other brands! - 8/28/12
