Green and Yellow Bean Salad with chunky tomato salsa

Ingredients
3/4 pound green beans3/4 pound wax beans2 cups tomatoes, chopped2 tsp olive oil1 Tbsp sherry vinegar2 ounces reduced fat feta 2 tbsp basil, chiffonade
Directions
Steam or boil beans leaving slightly crisp.

Chop tomatoes and mix with olive oil, sherry vinegar (well worth the price) and salt and fresh ground pepper to taste.

Plate beans onto 8 plates, top with tomato mixture and 1 T of feta sprinkled with basil chiffonade.
