Ingredients
2 cups mashed potatoes1 tbsp margarine1 tbsp sour cream3 cups chicken broth1 cup cooked lentils1 cup chopped brocolli1/2 cup corn1/2 cup peas1 cup chopped carrots1 clove garlictobascopepperEpicure vegetable seasoning
Directions
Use left over mashed potatoes. Whisk in chicken broth. Add vegetables and seasonings. Simmer.
