Spinach Apple Raspberry Salad

Ingredients
2 cups baby spinach1/2 cup raspberries1 small apple cut into chunks (fuji or gala)1/2 cup edamame1/4 cup celery, chopped1/4 cup red onions, chopped1 oz creamy goat cheese2 tsp lemon juice5 tsp water
Directions
Mix the goat cheese, lemon juice and water. Blend well, set aside.

Mix the apples, raspberries, onions, celery, edamame. Stir in the goat cheese mixture. Blend well.

Toss in the baby spinach leaves.

Eat and enjoy
