4 medium apples, cored, sliced thin1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp sugar1 tsp Quaker Oats1/2 cup ApplesauceTopping:1 cup Quaker Oats1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp cinnamon1/4 cup Brown Sugar2 Tbsp Flour2 Tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Mix first four ingredients and place into rectangle baking dish.
In small bowl, mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle topping over the apples.
Bake at 325 degrees until apples are soft and topping is golden brown (about 30 minutes).
