Ginger Chicken Salad

Ingredients
9 oz. Chopped grilled chicken breast1 C Chopped red pepper1/4 C Chopped sweet onion1 C chopped celery2 tsp. fresh Jalepeno Pepper (or to taste)1/2 C Diced Apple1 tsp. Fresh Ginger4 tsp. Horseradish Mustard1 tsp. yellow mustard1 packet stevia powder (1 gr.)Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and season to taste. Spoon a cup of chicken salad mixture and place over a bed of lettuce. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
