Cabbage Roll Casserolle

Ingredients
2lbs lean ground beef1 c chopped onion1 (29oz) can tomato sauce3.5 lbs cabbage chopped1tsp salt2 (14oz) cans beef broth1 c white rice (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large skillet brown beef and onion. Drain. In Large mixing bowl combine tomato soup, cabbage , rice and salt. Add meat and mix. Pour mix into 9x13 pan. Pour broth over mix and bake (covered) for 1 hr. Stir, replace cover and bake another 30 min.

You can also add 1 c. white rice to recipe.
