Banana Raisin Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2c total raisin bran, crushed1/2 banana mashed2 tbsp smart balance cooking oil2 tbsp egg whites1/4 c chopped walnuts1 tsp vanilla1/2 c wheat flour1/2 c white flour1/2 tsp baking soda1/4 c splenda w fiber1/4 c brown sugar1 EB egg1/2 tsp salt1 c milk, 2 percent used
Directions
Soak cereal in liquids for 5 min, then stir into dry. Use non stick spray for muffin papers and tin. Makes 12, bake at 400 for 20 min.
