Pumpkin Bread with Splenda

Ingredients
2/3 cup canola oil2 2/3 cup Splenda4 large eggs2 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin2/3 cup water3 1/3 cup whole wheat flour2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp cloves2/3 cup chopped walnuts, optional (included in calorie count)2/3 cup raisins, optional ( not included in calorie count)
Directions
1. Mix oil and Splenda
2. Add eggs, pumpkin, and water
3. Blend in dry ingredients
4. Stir in nuts and/or raisins
5. Pour into 3, bottoms greased, loaf pans
6. Bake in 350 F oven for about 70 minutes or until done
