Ingredients
1)CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS ( 5 medium sized approx 1.25 lbs)2)curry powder 1/2 tsp3)salt 1/2 tsp or as per taste 4) black pepper powder or red chilli powder . 1/2 tsp (optional )5) cooking spray
Directions
1)Dry the chicken drumsticks on paper towel completely ,make a few cuts on each drum stick.
2) sprinkle some salt ,pepper & curry powder on the drumstcks and rub it on them all over .
3) keep these drumsticks covered in a bag or just cover the dish with a plastic wrap for 30-45 min ( they come out good even if u dont marinate for that long .)
4) preheat oven at 325 , place the chicken drumsticks on a cooking pan spray them with the cooking spray and place them in the oven for 40-45 min .
check them after 45 min if the chicken looks golden brown ...its done .
(timings may vary for different ovens)

    Just made these drumsticks, they're great! I used all the mentioned ingredients but just winged it on the amounts; I sprinkled it all in as I liked (probably twice as much) I used Pam's coconut oil as the spray. Also, I cooked at 325 for 40 min and bumped it up to 400 for 10, plus a little broil - 12/2/16
