12oz Chicken Breast, Skinless80g Red Bell Pepper132g Green Snap Beans1/12tsp Chicken Stock Powder150g Liberte Plain No Fat Yogurt2.5tsp Cornstarch30ml Olive Oil1.25tsp Curry powder
1. Heat 10ml oil in a large skillet and brown chicken until cooked through
2. Meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil in andother pan and add the vegetables and cook until softened
3. In a small bowl mix together the chicken stock, yogurt, corn starch, and curry powder
4. Add mixture to the chicken and simmer until sauce is thickened.
5. Divide vegetables, chicken, and sauce evenly among 3 plates
