15-minute Taco in a Pan

Ingredients
1 lb extra lean ground beef1 1/2 cups water1 pkg. (35g) taco seasoning mix1 1/2 cups instant white rice, uncooked1 cup Tex Mex Shredded Cheese2 cups shredded lettuce2 cups chopped tomatoes
Directions
1. Brown meat in lagre nonstick skillet; drain.
2. Add water and seasoning mix; stir. Bring to a boil.
3. Stir in rice. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. REduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Top with lettuce and tomatoes.

Top with coarsely crushed tortilla chips and shour cream if you like
