eggs and black beans

Ingredients
3 eggs1 can black beans1 small slice of onion1 tsp canola oilsalt to tastesalsa8 tostadas
Directions
In a medium skillet brown the onion in the canola oil. scramble the 3 eggs and pour into skillet with one can of black beans. I prefer to mash them as I stir. cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are fully cooked. Spoon onto tostadas ans top with salsa.
