Pumpkin Oatmeal Spice Muffins

Ingredients
3 Cups Flour1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats3 Cups Sugar1 Tbsp Baking Soda3/4 tsp Baking Powder1 Tbsp Cloves1 Tbsp Cinnamon1 Tbsp Nutmeg1 1/2 tsp Allspice1 1/2 tsp Salt1 Large (796ml ) Can Pumpkin (not pie filling)1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce4 Eggs
Directions
Makes 36 muffins.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper liners.

In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. In a medium bowl beat together eggs, applesauce and pumpkin. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin tins.

Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
