Ingredients
Orzo, dry, 8 ozZucchini, 1.5 cup, slicedTomatoes, 1.5 cup halved cherry tomatoesGarlic, 3 cloves, choppedShallots, 6 tbsp choppedBasil, fresh, 6 tbspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbspLemon Pepper Seasoning Blend, 1 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic, shallots, zucchini and tomato. Saute for 3 minutes. Stir in the dried red/hot pepper, and the lemon pepper blend. Add the basil and saute for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Add in the four cups cooked hot orzo and toss well. If needed, salt to taste.
Makes (6) 1.25 cup servings.

    I had this for dinner, and it was really tasty. It went great with pork. I cooked the squash a little bit too long, so you have to make sure to use the times in the recipe so that squash is al dente. Thanks for sharing. - 9/18/10
