200 gm raw potato, diced85 gm raw onion, diced120 gm green chile, diced1/3 cup reduced fat Sargento shredded cheese1/4 cup Heart Healthy Bisquick1/2 cup Silk original almond milk1/2 cup egg substitutegarlic saltgarlic powderground black pepper
Mix together potatoes, onion, and green chiles. Add garlic salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to taste. Place mix in small casserole pan. Sprinkle cheese over mix. Mix together bisquick, milk, and eggs, with pepper to taste. Whisk together until smooth. Pour over other ingredients in casserole pan. Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes. Serves 1-2
