Stated plainly,1 can corn1 can creamed corn1 cup light sour cream1/4 cup egg beaters ( egg substitute)1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
mix all ingrediants together in casserole pan (I use a glass dish) and pop in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes.
