Low fat/Low cal Lassi( Yogurt drink)

Ingredients
1)Low fat or fat free plain yogurt : 1 big cup2)nutrasweet equal :8 packets3)milk 1% 1/2 cup4)salt pinch of salt5) water 1-2 cups
Directions
BLEND all the ingredients together in a blender with sum ice cubes for 2-3 min ..n wallahhhhh! best summer drink which is low in calorie and v filling :)
