Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 c pumpkin puree (frozen into ice cubes is best)1/2 frozen banana 1 serving soft tofu1 T Maple syrup1/2 a scoop protein powder (optional)generous dashes cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice2 ice cubes
Directions
Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy.

If too thick, thin with a bit of water.
