Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients
1 pound ground turkey1 garlic clove5.5 oz tomato sauce/paste26.5 oz spaghetti sauce1/2 box (9) lasagna noodles15oz ricotta cheese11 oz mozzarella cheese1/2 tsp black pepper1 tsp oregano1 tsp basil
Directions
1. saute garlic til golden, add ground turkey and cook til no longer pink. Add sauces and seasonings then simmer.
2. cook noodles according to package directions, rinse in cold water.
3. mix ricotta and 10 oz mozzarella together.
4. Add cheese mix on to a noodle and roll up. (repeat)
5. In rectangle pan spread half sauce & meat mixture. Add rolled up noodles.
6. Add rest of sauce to top of rolls, sprinkle with 1 oz mozzarella.
7. Bake at 350 for 30 - 45 minutes.
