Raw Ch-Ch-Chia Banana Pudding

Ingredients
Meat from a young coconut 1 cup of raw young coconut water4 Tb. of Chia Seeds1lrg. Ripe Banana 1/2 Avocado 2 Tb. of Raw Cacao PowderPaste from 1 Vanilla BeanDash of Cinnamon 1/2c of Raw Agave
Directions
Well What can I say it will take you more time to get the meat out of the coconut that's why the 30 minutes over all But well worth it.

I added all the ingredients: Coconut meat, coconut water, chia seeds, banana, avocado, raw cacao powder, vanilla bean paste and dash of cinnamon in a blender and liquefy.

Tasted the pudding and realized it needed more sweetness so I continued to add the Agave until I got the taste I wanted. I didn't make it too sweet but you can sweeten it to your liking.

The banana and the chia seeds make the consistency of the pudding.
