Fiery Wagon Wheels

Ingredients
16 oz Ground turkey1 box whole wheat pasta (wagon wheels or your choice)1/4 cup olive oil1 cup fresh mushrooms7 cloves garlic1 bunch scallions3 cups low sodium canned fire-roasted tomatoes3 tsp crushed red papper1/2 tbsp salt1/4 tbsp pepper1/4 cup fresh parsley
Directions
Cook the pasta until al dente. In a large skillet heat 2 tbs olive oil over high heat and add mushrooms and garlic and scallions and cook for 6 minutes. Add the tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Mix turkey with the red pepper, salt, and pepper. Heat remaining olive oil in another skillet and fry turkey in oil for 5 minutes. Transfer into the tomato sauce mixture and cook for 15 minutes. Serve over pasta.
