16 oz. ground turkey (93% lean)1 can beef broth1 can rotel diced tomatoes w/jalapenos1 6 oz. can tomato paste6 oz diced portabella mushrooms1 purple onion6 cloves garlic1 jalapeno pepper diced2 Tb. apple cider vinegar1 packet stevia1 Tb. chilie powder1 Tb. cumin
chop all veggies and cook with turkey in Large fry pan for ten minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook for 20 more minutes.
