1/4 medium head cabbage (10 ounces)1 zucchini (9 ounces)1 yellow squash (9 ounces)3/4 cup chopped Vidalia onionDressing:3/4 cup cider vinegar1/2 cup Splenda2 Tbsp. Canola oil3/4 tsp. dry mustard1/2 tsp. celery seedServing size: 1/2 cup
Directions
Grate cabbage, zucchini and yellow squash into a bowl. Chop onion.
Combine dressing ingredients. Pour over vegetables.
