Ingredients
Directions
1.5 cups of plain lowfat yogurt or plain Greek yogurt (nutrition facts assume regular plain yogurt)8 oz package of fat free cream cheese (Philadelphia makes a very flavorful one without the gritty texture)half a cup of fresh dill, washed and finely chopped5 Tbl (or more, to taste) fresh chives, washed and finely chopped (like you would use on a baked potato) 1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp table salt1 tsp white granulated sugar
Chop your herbs and add to the other ingredients in a food processor.
Blend until smoothe.
Adjust the amount of herbs to taste. If the flavor is too strong, more yogurt can be added. Try adding fresh garlic or other herbs as well. The sky is the limit.
Makes about 9 servings of 2 oz each after you use a little to taste test.
Serve on salads, burgers, and sandwiches, or with fresh veggies, potato chips, or wedges of pita bread.
